Weve been using this hood for about 2 months. The fan on this hood provides great ventilation and keeps the heat and vapors moving away from the cooking area. It also really helps keep the backsplash clear from the grease film. The 3 fan settings provide plenty of options and the 2 light level settings provide great work space lighting. The only reason it doesnt get the 5 stars is fhe seam in the telescoping hood is upward facing and collects quite a bit of grease build up. Other than that its a great hood.

We bought a new home and were able to design our kitchen. Decided to pick this hood because its design and to match our 36 stove it really looks great . The main issue is the noice when fan is on it would be nice if GE use a less noisy motor other than that we really like it
